ABSTRACT
Digitization of dental prosthetics initiated by
the development of CAD/CAM systems is currently
experiencing extensive development related to
the progressive integration of new technologies.
The combination of available methods enables
processing of the scanned images using advanced
algorithms, providing a more complete set of
information about the patient due to extended
simulation and analysis capabilities. As a result,
modern digital technologies enable effective
planning of the prosthetic treatment process, and
the generated data can be used to visualize the
final aesthetic effects and to produce prosthetic
work in a fully digitalized process.
